Program Description:
In accordance with University of Missouri Collected Rules and Regulations (Ch.210.070), all students planning to study or travel abroad with university involvement must register plans in Missouri S&T's travel registry.
In addition to the travel registry, all students traveling internationally for university-sponsored or university-related purposes are required to obtain two advance written permissions - 1) risk management approval and 2) academic or administrative department approval. Information about the approval process is available in the S&T Student International Travel Policy.

To get started - read the instructions below and then click the Apply Now button.
Enter your itinerary by selecting the beginning and ending dates for each destination in your itinerary including all layover locations longer than 24 hours. The beginning date refers to the date of your flight out of the U.S. or the date you will arrive at a new location. The ending date refers to the date of your flight back to the U.S. or the date you leave a location to travel elsewhere. After selecting the dates and location, click on the 'Add to itinerary' button. If the location you are traveling to is not listed, please use the 'Find location' search engine to find the city you are traveling to. If a location needs to be added, please contact International Affairs at 573-341-6875 or iainsure@mst.edu. Once dates and destinations have been entered, click Apply to move to the next section.
Complete each section. Answers can be saved for later completion. Once each section is complete, click Done.
Submit. Once all requirements have been completed, click Submit.
Please submit your travel registration no later than 60 days prior to travel.
