Magellan Exchange: Anyang University


Anyang University
Anyang is a town that has an older part and then a more upscale part of town. Students enjoy being able to pick between historical spots on one side and a more exciting draw on the other. The population for Anyang is 600,000 people. There is a lot of beautiful scenery and mountains that surround Anyang.
This university has a student population of about 7,300 students.
Housing
Housing will be prearranged for students to live in a furnished studio close by campus. These studios will be shared by other students. The cost is approximately $560 or 600,000 KRW. This amount is due by the second week of the semester.

Meals
The student cafeteria on campus has many meals for $2. There are also many nearby stores that have food for close to $3. Student studios also have a kitchen, which will cut down the food expense.

The Magellan Exchange is a consortium that provides students from member institutions with the opportunity to study in another country at an affordable cost. Participating in the student exchange program is the ideal way to learn about another culture and country. The future requires global knowledge and being at ease in other cultures, and this is the perfect opportunity to develop these skills. Students are fully immersed in the educational and social life of the host country, providing experiences they could never have any other way.

Students must complete the Global Miners application by February 5, 2017.
