What is Global E³?
Global E3: The Global Engineering Education Exchange Program. Recognizing a growing demand for internationally-experienced engineering graduates, a group of leading universities around the world established the Global E3 in 1995. Global E3 allows engineering students at member universities to enjoy a fulfilling study abroad experience.Check out the Global E3 brochure here.

Am I Eligible?
You are eligible if you:
  • Are currently enrolled at one of the participating Global E³ universities.
  • Are currently studying engineering or computer science.
  • Have been nominated by your home school to submit an application.
  • Have the language ability to take courses in the host campus language and/or in English. 

A bit about ENSEA
ENSEA is a Graduate School of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science & Telecommunications, located in the suburbs of Paris, in the university town of Cergy-Pontoise, 40 minutes by train, from Paris.

It was founded in 1952, has more than 6000 alumni, a student population of 800, with 90 tenured professors, 180 visiting professors from industry & partner institutions, 2 research groups (Information Processing and System Research Lab- Electronics, Control of Systems Lab), 38 student associations, and 70 foreign partner institutions across the world.

A University Town
ENSEA, together with 20 other higher education institutions, share the same diverse and multidisciplinary campus. It offers a whole range of indoor and outdoor activities and facilities such as water sports on Cergy’s lake, music festivals, concerts, cinema, theatres, swimming pools, tennis courts, a skating rink and others. 

ENSEA hosts 38 student organizations and provides them with technical and financial support. These organisations offer a wide range of opportunities for personal development, managerial and creative skills. Motivated students can take leadership positions in the Student Union or the student entrepreneurial organization.

How to apply 
Students apply in two or three phases. First, students apply via Missouri S&T's Globalminers.mst.edu portal by creating profile and filling out questionnaires and summiting the required documents. Then, students apply to the chosen school via the Global E3 website. Detailed information on the Global E3 application process can be found here. If accepted, the student would complete the post decision materials via GlobalMiners.mst.edu. Please note that sometimes the host university would also require students to submit an application for the purposes of university processing.
